ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบโดยรวม (Overall Responsibility Scope)
1. Joint preparation for middle and long term strategic planning with Top managements. 2. Develop Strategic planning, implementation of new process and management methods to achieve the goals. 3. Assistance to Chief Operating Officer to manage organizations under assigned responsibilities. 4. Coordinate with related departments to prepare annual working plan and budget. 5. Implemention of effective management approach to optimize company objectives. 6. Develope and monitor key performance indicators to improve company revenue and profit. 7. Joint setting the effectiveness of company mission, direction, policy, business planning, budget and safety policy. 8. Strategical analysis of the overall flexibility and adaptiveness of the organization to be in line with future business trend, in order to prepare for company future plan.
คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง (Qualification)
1. Male / Female 2. Age : Over than 40 years 3. Educational : Bachelor Degree or higher 4. Working Experience : Mimimum 10 year 5. Long term vision and high outcome oriented 6. Strong leadership with successful human management skill 7. High ability of decision making and correctness according to company policy 8. Analytical capability and delegation. 9. Strong problem solving skill in rapid changing environment 10. Good command in English and Computer 11. Good personality and high interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure 12. Self-confident and high motivation characteristics 13. Able to make right decision with good outcomes 14. Initiative and generating improvements of effective management. 15. Self-discipline as good model of organization
